On Mount Carasso, in Canton Ticino, is located this amazing bridge which is 270 meters long and on its midpoint is 130 meters far from the ground. Walking across the bridge is an incredible experience as it is completely surrounded by the green in an unpolluted environment. 

You can reach the bridge in different ways. The easiest one is using the Monte Carasso-Mornera cable car (you can find prices and timetable here http://www.mornera.ch/IT/Le-nostre-tariffe-eefa3e00 ), but we left the car in town and we reached the bridge by foot. The path is not really easy and it’s more than an hour long but it’s a nice walk. During the way you can stop to visit San Bernard Church built during XI-XII centuries and to rest for a while before the final sprint to get to the destination. It’s worth it!
